i found the staff kind and knowledgeable . the room and hotel amenities are gorgeous. the fitness center, pool, lobby lounge, and restaurants offer varied options. i appreciated the local market across the street too. the location allows easy access to tourist attractions.

The team at reception checked me in quickly after my flight. I was really surprised at how large the suite was. The comfortable living space was definitely a highlight, and I especially enjoyed the sleeping quarter. The concierge team, particularly May and Amarin, helped me arrange laundry services and find a local Muay Thai center.
This work continued throughout the night for three nights right next to my suite. There was no prior warning about the noise or apology, quite disappointing.
