well trained staff gorgeous room easy access
i found the staff kind and knowledgeable . the room and hotel amenities are gorgeous. the fitness center, pool, lobby lounge, and restaurants offer varied options. i appreciated the local market across the street too. the location allows easy access to tourist attractions.

Truly Charmed by the Service!
quick check-in large suite concierge team
The team at reception checked me in quickly after my flight. I was really surprised at how large the suite was. The comfortable living space was definitely a highlight, and I especially enjoyed the sleeping quarter. The concierge team, particularly May and Amarin, helped me arrange laundry services and find a local Muay Thai center.
The elevators required maintenance . This work continued throughout the night for three nights right next to my suite. There was no prior warning about the noise or apology, quite disappointing.

The suite features a spacious layout and comfortable amenities. A separate living area includes comfortable seating, a work desk, and plenty of natural light.

The concierge provides helpful assistance with local recommendations and travel arrangements. Staff members are attentive and offer prompt responses to inquiries and requests. They made every effort to accommodate specific needs.
